This information is made available online for the experienced Spa and Hot Tub Technician that needs help troubleshooting or repairing a spa, hot tub, or other recreational equipment related to the pool and spa industry. If you have chosen to work on your own equipment, you should have competent knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and industry standard safety precautions. You should also have the proper testing equipment and know how to use it. If you do not possess these skills, contact a qualified pool and/or spa technician in your area. Use any of the information contained on this website, or throughout the Spa Network is AT YOUR OWN RISK! This especially applies to help or other information provided by telephone or email. Londonís Pool & Spa will not be held liable for any injuries or damage that may result from the troubleshooting or installation of any parts or equipment. Londonís Pool and Spa will not be liable for unsuccessful part installation.
Due to the array of spa manufactures and models, documentation for particular spa brands may be scarce, nonexistent, incomplete or incorrect. That does not mean that the parts is not available, it might take some research time to find that particular part. Londonís Pool and Spa cannot be responsible for recommendations based on pictures that may be of a similar part! Hot tub part identification is a joint effort at times, between the tech and Londonís Pool & Spa. Londonís Pool & Spa will not offer any warranties or representations as to the correct or completeness of the their recommendations.
Shipping, Warranties and Returns.
Our primary shipping method is UPS ground, however, special freight services are available. If you prefer to use priority shipping, please call us at 1-866-779-9664, after placing your order. Freight charges will be determined after items are boxed and weighed. We will quote you and charge your card accordingly. Minimum charge for Next day air is 35.00. Saturday delivery via UPS is only available with a next day air SATURDAY DELIVERY shipment. Next Day Air Saturday delivery charge is 15.00 in addition the next day air rate. Note that Saturday delivery is not available in all zip codes. Some vendors do not ship the same day product are ordered, therefore we cannot be responsible for priority shipments that do not ship on the day we receive your order. When product is shipped out, they will be shipped then by the specified ordering terms. Priority shipping can be very expensive, there for call for a quote. We cannot ship next day air at our expense for any reason. Shipping to the states of Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional freight, as will shipments to territories.
Exports Outside of Continental USA
Shipments to Canada and other international destinations will be subject to additional freight charges. We will contact you with additional shipping cost as your order is prepared for shipment. Please note that there may be additional brokerage and/or customs fees (i.e. local taxes, VAT, duties, etc.) billed separately to you by our shipping companies (DHL, FedEx, UPS, US Postal Service or others.) These charges are not readily available to us at the time of shipment. The customer is considered the importer and as such, is responsible for all fees. Any and all charge-backs to Londonís Pool & Spa for these additional fees will be charged to the purchasers credit card account when incurred along with an additional handling fee of $5.00 US.
Once your part leaves our facility, we have no control over the shipper's operations. Regardless of the shipping mode, Londonís Pool & Spa can never guarantee your package will ship or arrive on a specific day. Any claims about late delivery, needs to be addressed to that shipping company. Shipping charges will not be refunded!
Claims for shipping damage MUST be reported to Londonís Pool & Spa. Immediately, any damage claims that are more than 10 days past delivery date will not refunded or returned. So please open and inspect your parts immediately!
All parts have a limited manufactured warranty of one year only, and pertain to defects in materials and workmanship only. Certain factors outside these parameters, such as Chemical damage, heater dried, fire, water damage, electrical, and installation problems are easily determined, and are not covered under warrantee.
In order to process any warranty claim, the part must be returned to Londonís Pool & Spa. Customersí will pay freight expense, to determine the cause of failure. The part will be repaired, replaced or warranty declined based on our conclusion of failure. No replacement parts will be sent to customer, until Londonís Pool & Spa or our vendor has possession of the defective part.
Electronic Packs and control systems are warranted for a period of 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship. All control systems with warranty claims must be returned at the customers expense to determine the validity of that warranty claim. These controls will be wet tested, and based up on our findings they maybe repaired, replaced or warranty declined. All equipment will be shipped back to customer and freight and bench charges will be billed to that customer Electronic Packs include all SBSG LX series equipment, ALL ACC ST digital equipment, and ALL Balboa equipment.
If you order the wrong part, you may be subjected to a restocking fee, up to $25.00. All returned parts must be received in a like new condition and pack carefully! Please call before returning Items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Freight charges and a 4.00-handling fee will be billed at customersí expense, to returned parts. If we send you the wrong part, we will send an exchange part by UPS or USPS ground delivery only. We will also include in that delivery a return freight tag so that you may return the part without penalty. Some items are not returnable. See below.
Returns received after 30 days will be subject to our refund schedule. Items returned in as new condition after30 days will receive a refund of 75% of purchase price less shipping and 4 dollar handling fee. Items that are not in as new condition, have obviously been installed, etc will be refunded at no MORE than 50% of original purchase price less shipping and a 4-dollar handling fee. This fee can vary depending on the condition of the item. Some items are simply not returnable.
Special order items
PVC Hose by the foot is considered a special order item and is not returnable.
Spa Packs (Spa controls mounted with pumps/blowers etc) are custom built to your specifications. Full tech support is available for your installer. We, make every attempt to determine suitability for your installation. Spa Packs is typically a non returnable part. If returned will be subjected to a restocking fee. Spa Packs that have been installed are not returnable.
Spa Controls are typically not returnable unless there is a configuration problem that cannot be resolved, (in which case we will do everything we can within reason to exchange with a different control). Full tech support is available for your installation. Restocking charges will apply on any returned spa control. Spa controls that have been installed are none returnable.
Electronic circuit boards and digital topside panels are not returnable unless the wrong component was ordered or shipped. Using a part for troubleshooting is not allowable. Make sure you have the correct board before you install a new circuit board. If you see anything that doesn't look right, between your old board, and the new one, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL IT! Call us right away and we will resolve the problem. Once a board has been installed, it must be considered used and IS NOT RETURNABLE! Manufactured warranty is against defects in materials and workmanship only. The manufacturer warrants Balboa Circuit boards for 2 years. Spa Builders/Allied Innovations circuit boards have a 60-day warranty only. Other circuit boards carry a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
